The Aviation Facility Maintenance Manager manages the corporate aviation department’s hangar facilities, office spaces, grounds, and support equipment – overseeing infrastructure and building systems through preventive and corrective maintenance, and as required by applicable regulations, standards, and municipal codes. This work entails both hands-on labor and contractor oversight. Working closely with flight operations, maintenance, corporate real estate, technology, vendors, and airport stakeholders, the Facilities Superintendent leads capital projects, construction, commissioning, ongoing maintenance activities, and workplace safety initiatives while promoting operational excellence, safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
