About The Position

Under the direction of the HHS Aviation Hub Vice President, the Manager of Team Member Services plays a critical leadership and managerial role in supporting the overall administrative needs of the hub operation. This leader will serve as the primary, on-site point of contact for Team Members, and will create an environment of polite, efficient, engaging, diplomatic, and Team Member-focused service.

Requirements

Thorough knowledge of Company policies, airport policies & regulations, best practices, training requirements, etc.
Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding experience
Experience managing and tracking training (using LMS)
Experience providing guidance and direction to team members
Experience managing a team of coordinators
Experience providing team member counseling and applying corrective action
Experience assisting team members with information regarding time and attendance, scheduling, benefits, etc.
Experience acting as a local liaison with union representatives
Experience maintaining positive working relationships with team members, station leadership, and union representatives
Experience coordinating and administering shift bids and schedule adjustments
Experience tracking team member attendance
Experience conducting audits and providing reports
Experience acting as a point of contact for station administration
Experience managing airport SIDA and CBP requirements

Responsibilities

Have thorough knowledge of Company policies, airport policies & regulations, best practices, training requirements, etc.
Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of HHS Aviation Team Members for assigned operation
Manage and track all required Team Member training (using LMS).
Provide guidance and direction for Team Members.
Manage a team of coordinators to support Team Members on all shifts.
Provide Team Member counseling and apply corrective action as needed.
Assist Team Members with information regarding time and attendance, scheduling, benefits, etc.
Act as primary local liaison with union representatives.
Maintain a positive working relationship with Team Members, Station Leadership Team, and union representatives.
Coordinate and administer shift bids, schedule adjustments, etc.
Track Team Member Attendance.
Conduct audits and provide reports as required by the Hub Vice President.
Act as HHS Aviation's point of contact for all aspects of station administration.
Manage airport SIDA and CBP requirements for the assigned HHS Aviation operation
