About The Position

AV Technician Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Job Type: Long-Term Contract Work Setting: Onsite Position Overview We are seeking an experienced AV Technician to provide technical support for audio/visual systems across airport facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of meeting room technology, public announcement systems, digital signage, and display solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting AV infrastructure in large-scale public or secure environments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of AV support experience in large-scale, public, or enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Crestron, Extron, or similar AV control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills involving audio, video, networking, and display technologies.
• Experience installing and maintaining conference room and presentation technologies.
• Experience working in secure facilities or public venues.
• Ability to work onsite and support mission-critical AV systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain audio/visual equipment in conference rooms, terminals, and operational areas.
• Support digital signage, paging, and display systems.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, audio, video, and display-related issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and system checks to ensure optimal system performance.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades.
• Maintain documentation related to AV systems, configurations, and service activities.
• Ensure compliance with facility security and operational requirements.
