As the AV Support Technician, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting conference room technology and video conferencing systems across a professional corporate environment. You will serve as the primary resource for meeting support, user training, troubleshooting, and conference room readiness. This role requires a customer-focused technician who can provide both proactive support and real-time assistance during meetings, presentations, webinars, and special events.
