About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual (AV) Solutions Consultant with a strong background in commercial AV integration, unified communications (UC), and enterprise collaboration technologies. This is a high-impact role for someone who is equal parts hunter, relationship builder, and solution architect. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B AV integration sales, unified communications (UC), or technology solutions in a quota-carrying role
  • Strong understanding of AV systems (e.g., displays, audio, control, conferencing, DSPs, unified communications)
  • Proven experience prospecting, managing pipelines, and closing business in field sales.
  • Ability to translate technical needs into actionable, budget-aligned solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into corporate, healthcare, higher education, or government environments is a plus.
  • Experience working with manufacturers such as Crestron, Q‑SYS, Shure, Biamp, Extron, Logitech, Poly, etc.
  • Microsoft Teams or Zoom training or certifications.
  • Familiarity with AV system design, signal flow, room configurations, and AV networking
  • CTS certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Technology-curious and solution-oriented
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with strong organizational habits
  • Comfortable running client meetings and influencing decision makers

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and develop new B2B enterprise clients in commercial audio-visual, collaboration, and integration markets
  • Execute proactive outreach: cold calling, networking, social selling, events, and industry partnerships
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Meet with clients to assess AV/IT needs across conference rooms, digital signage, hybrid work, control systems, and enterprise collaboration including Microsoft Teams/Zoom Rooms, AV over IP, Networked AV, high performance audio systems and hybrid workplace solutions.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to translate customer requirements into complete, accurate AV system proposals.
  • Present proposals, system concepts, and solution recommendations in a clear, value-driven manner.
  • Drive B2B sales within enterprise, corporate, healthcare, education, or government sectors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract
  • Develop accurate quotes and proposals (with support from engineering & project management)
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets and margin goals
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers
  • Maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional needs
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact for key accounts
