About The Position

EOS IT Management Solutions is looking for a Project Coordinator to support a team of Project Managers in delivering high-quality Audio Visual and Network projects to our clients. The Project Coordinator will work closely with Sales Managers and Project Managers throughout the initiation and planning phases to ensure intake is completed and Projects are ready for handoff.

Requirements

Associates Degree Required
Previous experience in project coordination, preferably in the audio visual industry.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with project management software, such as Jira is a plus

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between the Project Managers and other departments within the company, including sales, logistics, warehousing, client and operations.
Respond to RFP on behalf of PMO organization delivering preliminary Project Plans, Schedule of Values, and RFI Responses.
Assist with project planning, including creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking project milestones, and monitoring project budgets.
Help ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget by monitoring project progress and identifying potential issues that may impact project delivery.
Support the project team in preparing project documentation and reports, including project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation.
Maintain project-related files and documentation, ensuring that all project information is up to date and easily accessible.
Help the Project Managers in coordinating the activities of project team members, including scheduling and attending project meetings, tracking action items, and following up on project-related tasks.
