About The Position

We are seeking a trustworthy, hands-on, and technically inclined AV Lead Installation Technician who is eager to learn and grow. This role is ideal for someone who prefers working in the field over a desk job and has experience on construction sites. You will be responsible for installing and configuring audio-visual, network, control, and lighting systems.

Requirements

• Experience on construction sites
• Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools
• A steady work history (3yrs between hops)
• Pleasant disposition, High EQ
• Control4 Programming (REQUIRED)

Nice To Haves

• Advanced understanding of networks
• Advanced troubleshooting of devices

Responsibilities

• Pull/Terminate/Test Low-Voltage Cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Lutron)
• Mount devices at the ends of those wires (AV/Network/Control/Lighting/Shading)
• Build and lace equipment racks
• Advanced setup and configuration of devices
• Advanced understanding of networks
• Advanced troubleshooting of devices
• Control4 Programming
• Client communication, support, and training
