About The Position

This role involves independently operating, maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, repairing, and managing AV systems and peripherals. The AV Concierge Support will perform daily morning checks of all conference rooms to proactively identify issues and ensure they are in working order for the day’s meetings. This position will also own pre-meeting AV checks for high-profile events and for VIP/executive video meetings, and assist with the scheduling of AV support for these events. The role requires the ability to troubleshoot, upgrade, and/or replace AV components, with a clear understanding of audio-visual signal flow troubleshooting and familiarity with industry-leading vendor equipment. The AV Concierge Support will coordinate external vendor support when required, adhere to standard business practices and procedures, and fully meet key support performance metrics and SLAs. Familiarity with Service Now ticketing is expected. The role may also consult, manage, and possibly lead client pitch expectations and technology support. A strong understanding of Crestron, Poly, and Cisco AV endpoints, as well as familiarity with Zoom, Teams, Blue Jeans, and WebEx video conferencing platforms, is necessary. Live event production and support experience, along with consistent and accurate AV inventory management, are also key components of this role. Real-time communication of any high-profile event issues is expected.

  • Ability to build relationships with heads of new business, finance, digital, events, accounts, and executive assistants.
  • Fine and/or gross motor skills, including the ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 60 lbs.
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time.
  • Physically able to talk on the phone and input data simultaneously.
  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust focus and ability to match or detect differences between colors, including shades of color and brightness.

Responsibilities
