About The Position
AV Specialists is seeking an experienced AV & Automation Technician to join their growing team. The role involves working in high-end homes and commercial spaces with top-tier brands, executing clean and professional installations, and communicating confidently with clients. Requirements
- 3–4+ years of hands-on experience with Control4, Savant, Lutron, or comparable platforms
- Solid low-voltage fundamentals — structured wiring, rack building, clean terminations
- Ability to troubleshoot independently and communicate clearly with homeowners
- Professional appearance
- A career mindset
Nice To Haves
- Commercial audio experience is a plus.
