About The Position

This role is for an Auxiliary or Temporary Part-time (TPT) worker. The position involves working on precision assembly or sub-assemblies of small or medium-sized units, or erecting larger units with fewer parts and more liberal tolerances. The worker will place and remove parts into or onto production machines, perform assembly, fastening, or other material modification operations on an assembly line, and fit and adjust products to meet operating requirements. Modifications to parts using simple hand and power tools and reading simple blueprints are also part of the responsibilities.

Requirements

Works on precision assembly or sub-assemblies of small or medium sized units involving a number of parts or erection of larger units having a limited number of parts and fairly liberal tolerances.
Places and removes parts into or onto various production machines.
