The Brooklyn Waldorf School (BWS) is seeking an Auxiliary Program Coordinator to manage the day-to-day administration of its Grades Afterschool Program. This role involves overseeing scheduling, registration, enrollment, staffing, timesheets, family communications, and student supervision. The Coordinator will collaborate with faculty, the Business Office, Communications, and school leadership to ensure the program is well-organized, safe, and adheres to school procedures. BWS is a vibrant school serving over 160 students from pre-K to grade 8, committed to an education that integrates critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and the arts, founded on Rudolf Steiner's principles. The school values a balanced and well-rounded school life, encouraging students to become agents of change. The faculty is diverse, with both experienced Waldorf teachers and newcomers.
