The Auxiliary Keeper is responsible for managing and improving warehouse operations, including planning, quality control, and inventory management. This role involves guiding and supervising quality management work, handling quality problems and accidents, and driving continuous quality improvement. The position reports to the auxiliary material supervisor and is expected to complete tasks arranged by company leaders. Key responsibilities include managing storage capacity, environment, and locations for B/C/D type materials, implementing warehouse management system procedures, and ensuring accurate receiving, shipping, storage, and inventory counts. The role also involves inspecting material storage quality, managing expired or defective items, strictly adhering to First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principles, and executing 5S, environmental, and fire safety management within the department. Additionally, the Auxiliary Keeper is responsible for timely receiving of raw materials, issuing materials, applying for incoming inspections, improving inventory accuracy and effectiveness, conducting and analyzing monthly (or daily) cycle counts, and reporting on inventory structure and status to reduce stockouts and overstock. Training new employees on job knowledge and skills is also a key function.
