This role is responsible for creating and improving warehouse management, carrying out annual comprehensive warehouse planning, guiding and supervising quality management work, handling quality problems and accidents, and driving continuous quality improvement. The Auxiliary Keeper reports to the auxiliary material supervisor and completes tasks arranged by company leaders. Key responsibilities include managing storage capacity, environment, and location planning for B/C/D materials, implementing warehouse management system procedures, and managing the receiving, shipping, storage, and inventory of these materials. The role also involves collecting and evaluating data for cycle counting, inspecting material storage quality, managing expired and non-conforming materials, and strictly adhering to First-In-First-Out principles. Additionally, the Auxiliary Keeper will execute 5S, environmental, and fire safety management, oversee the receiving, shipping, and incoming inspection of raw materials to improve inventory accuracy, conduct and analyze monthly (or daily) cycle counts, and report on inventory structure and status to reduce supply shortages and overstock. Training new employees on job knowledge and skills is also a key function.
