About The Position

Hiller Ford is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Automotive Wholesale Parts Specialist to support our national wholesale accounts. This role is ideal for a parts expert who delivers exceptional service, builds strong customer relationships, and thrives in a Monday–Friday schedule with an occasional Saturday. Hiller Ford is a proud family‑owned and operated dealership, serving Southeastern Wisconsin for more than 70 years. Requirements

  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions
  • Ability to use computer systems (Excel + Microsoft Word)
  • Basic math skills
  • 10 years of experience in automotive parts (wholesale, dealership, or aftermarket)
  • Strong catalog knowledge (OEM + aftermarket)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Reliable internet connection and home workspace

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using dealership and wholesale ordering systems
  • Experience using CDK, Collision Link, Repair Link, OPS, Parts Trader, and CC1
  • Experience supporting high‑volume wholesale accounts
  • Familiarity with OEM and aftermarket catalog platforms

Responsibilities

  • Act as the principal contact between the parts warehouse and the wholesale accounts for the sale
  • Give the customer the best possible service regarding phone manners and follow-up phone calls, while providing fast and courteous service
  • Manage wholesale parts inquiries via phone, email, and online systems
  • Support repair shops, dealerships, body shops, and fleet accounts
  • Provide accurate information on pricing, availability, and substitution options
  • Prepare quotes and process orders with speed and accuracy
  • Coordinate deliveries
  • Track shipments, resolve issues, and process returns
  • Maintain special order parts
  • Utilize all options available to locate parts for customers as needed
  • Assist management in promotions and company specials
  • Promised delivery times to customers are kept
  • Constant communication with management and parts warehouse
  • Use OEM and aftermarket catalog systems to identify correct parts
  • Provide customers with accurate ordering guidance
  • Stay current on product lines and Ford training
  • Achieve or exceed wholesale sales goals
  • Recommend add-on items, upgrades, and solutions
  • Promote overstock and featured products
