The Warranty Administrator prepares, records, and reconciles warranty claims and submits them to the manufacturer. This role is with a growing business committed to family, internal promotion, environmental protection, an inspiring company culture, and community involvement.
Requirements
- Ford Experience
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with Reynolds & Reynolds/Ignite System, or the ability to quickly learn.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1-2 years related experience and/or training preferred.
Responsibilities
- Audit work orders for manufacturer and state compliance.
- Match warranty claims with warranty tickets.
- Process warranty claims in an accurate and timely manner.
- Verify the criteria required by the factory.
- Post credits.
- Report warranty errors to Service Manager and Service Team.
- Keep schedules current.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
