Requirements

• Previous automotive dealership experience preferred
• Experience processing warranty claims strongly preferred
• Knowledge of manufacturer warranty submission procedures
• CDK experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
• Proficiency with computer systems and dealership software
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Process manufacturer and distributor warranty claims accurately and on time
• Review repair orders and supporting documentation for claim eligibility
• Submit warranty claims and monitor payment status
• Reconcile warranty receivables and accounting schedules
• Resubmit rejected claims and resolve claim discrepancies
• Post warranty credits and maintain accurate records
• Communicate regularly with Service Managers regarding outstanding claims
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures
• Maintain organized digital and physical warranty files
