About The Position
Balise is seeking a qualified Automotive Used Car Technician focused on production and customer satisfaction. The role involves performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs efficiently and accurately according to dealership and factory standards. Technicians are expected to complete work correctly and on time, maintain high-quality work habits, and keep their work areas clean and safe. Compensation is hourly, with the posting listing a range of $23.00–$30.00. The position is at Honda West Springfield in West Springfield, Massachusetts.
Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving goals as an A- or B-level Technician.
- Automotive education or equivalent work experience.
- Current valid driver’s license and an insurability rating.
- Professional work ethic and ability to exercise good judgment.
