Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years Prior experience as an Automotive Transmission Technician.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools, hand tools, and power tools.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- ASE Certification preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Ford/Lincoln vehicles is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and TRANSMISSION repairs on various makes and models, with a focus on Ford and Lincoln vehicles.
- Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, and air conditioning systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, and fluid checks.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately assess vehicle issues.
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and dealership standards for repairs and maintenance.
- Work efficiently to meet service deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle status and recommended repairs.
