About The Position
Sun Auto Service is seeking an experienced Remove and Reassemble (R&R) Technician/Mechanic to join their growing team in the Las Vegas Market. This role is for a professional, detailed-oriented, and self-motivated technician with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience specifically in removing and reassembling front-wheel drive and rear-wheel drive transmissions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Possess current, valid driver’s license
- Prior experience removing and reassembling front wheel drive and rear wheel drive transmissions
- At least two years of experience
Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems
- Assist other technicians in performing technical activities
- Explain problems discovered during vehicle inspection to service writers and technicians
- Continuously learn new technical information, equipment, tools, and repair techniques
- Professionally record findings so that repair costs are accurately estimated
