About The Position

The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is growing and seeking talented Automotive Title Clerks / Title Processors / Dealership Administrative Professionals for opportunities throughout our organization. Requirements

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Microsoft Office and general computer proficiency
• High School Diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

• Automotive title, DMV, or dealership office experience preferred
• DealerTrack, Arkona, or other dealership software experience is a plus
• Notary certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle titles, registrations, and DMV documentation
• Review sales and trade paperwork for accuracy
• Process title payoffs and obtain required documentation
• Maintain title records, logs, and temporary tag inventory
• Work with DMV offices, lenders, and outside vendors
• Research and resolve title or registration issues
• Ensure paperwork meets state and dealership requirements
• Provide additional Business Office administrative support as needed
