About The Position
Rhythm Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT, a Hudson Automotive Company, is actively seeking Experienced Automotive Technicians to join their award-winning, high-volume service department. Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- 3-5+ years of professional automotive technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and repair abilities
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Nice To Haves
- Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, or other manufacturer dealership experience
- Manufacturer certifications
- Advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting experience
- Self-motivated and results-driven

Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
- Diagnose and repair vehicle systems, including Engine, Transmission, Electrical Systems, Steering & Suspension, Brake Systems, and HVAC & Air Conditioning.
- Test-drive vehicles and utilize advanced diagnostic equipment.
- Accurately identify and document repair needs.
- Collaborate with Service Advisors regarding additional service recommendations and repair timelines.
- Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
- Coordinate with the Parts Department to secure necessary components.
- Maintain productivity while delivering quality workmanship and attention to detail.
