Experienced Automotive Technician
About The Position
City Auto Sales in Madison is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician who values respect, consistent workload, and an organized shop environment. This is a full-time, in-shop role for a technician who takes pride in their craft and wants to grow with an expanding service department. The role involves a steady flow of internal and light external repair work, allowing focus on quality, efficiency, and diagnosis without constant customer pressure. Responsibilities include performing advanced diagnostics and complex repairs, completing scheduled maintenance, and supporting shop flow through clear communication with service writers. Technicians will participate in daily shop meetings and have the opportunity to mentor junior technicians.
Requirements
- 8+ years of automotive technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Your own tools
- Willingness to work a rotating Saturday schedule
