About The Position
Wyatt Johnson Hyundai, a member of Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking skilled Automotive Technicians to join their award-winning, high-volume service team. This role is ideal for experienced technicians looking to increase their earning potential, sharpen diagnostic abilities, and pursue manufacturer certifications. The dealership offers strong leadership, a growing customer base, and a commitment to technician development, providing support and opportunities for success. Technicians will perform repairs and maintenance, diagnose vehicle concerns using advanced tools, test-drive vehicles, and repair various vehicle systems. They will also communicate findings to Service Advisors, complete warranty repairs, and work with the Parts Department. The position emphasizes maintaining productivity while delivering quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- 3-5+ Years of Professional Automotive Technician Experience (Required)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities
- Customer-focused attitude with professionalism and integrity
- Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable
- Desire to continue learning and advancing within the automotive industry
Nice To Haves
- Hyundai or other manufacturer dealership experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Performing repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer and dealership standards
- Diagnosing vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
- Test-driving vehicles and evaluating vehicle systems and components
- Repairing and maintaining engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC systems, and more
- Communicating findings, repair recommendations, and repair timelines with Service Advisors
- Completing warranty repairs according to Hyundai specifications
- Working closely with the Parts Department to ensure timely repair completion
- Maintaining productivity while delivering quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
