About The Position

Tire Source is hiring an Experienced Automotive Technician. This is a full-time position for an individual eager to learn and advance in their career. The role is needed to add a qualified candidate to the team of hard-working and knowledgeable technicians. Opportunity for both hourly and flat rate pay structures is available.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Must have a certain level of tools required for this position
• Self-motivated individual who enjoys teamwork and is looking for an opportunity to advance in the automotive industry

• Experience of 5+ years preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform Multi-point inspections
• Replace engine air filters & cabin air filters
• Recommend services based on inspections performed
• Alignments
• Batteries, starting and charging
• Steering, suspension, etc.
• Engine and check engine diagnostics
• Fluid exchanges such as oil, coolant, power steering, etc.
• Visual safety and courtesy inspections
• Be aware of and use modern scan tools & reprogramming procedures
• A mindset to continuously learn new technical information in order to stay on top of the rapidly changing automotive industry
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
• Have a positive attitude and be team-oriented
• Job training (ASE, etc.)
