Requirements

4+ years of automotive technician experience
3-5 years of dealership experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to produce consistent flagged hours
Own professional tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections and diagnostics
Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues
Perform maintenance and bumper-to-bumper repairs
Work on engines, transmissions, suspension, steering, brakes, HVAC, and electrical systems
Diagnose advanced drivability concerns
Perform EV and diesel repairs when applicable
Complete multi-point inspections and digital vehicle inspections
Follow OEM repair procedures and safety standards
Accurately document repairs and maintain quality and efficiency standards
