Requirements
- 4+ years of automotive technician experience
- 3-5 years of dealership experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to produce consistent flagged hours
- Own professional tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections and diagnostics
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform maintenance and bumper-to-bumper repairs
- Work on engines, transmissions, suspension, steering, brakes, HVAC, and electrical systems
- Diagnose advanced drivability concerns
- Perform EV and diesel repairs when applicable
- Complete multi-point inspections and digital vehicle inspections
- Follow OEM repair procedures and safety standards
- Accurately document repairs and maintain quality and efficiency standards
