Requirements

Must have a Valid Driver’s License and be in good standing with DMV.
Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of automotive repair processes and willingness to learn new ones.

Responsibilities

Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in compliance with Manufacturer regulations.
Routine inspections and maintenance in line with dealership guidelines.
Test-drive vehicles, test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
Full automotive troubleshooting and testing.
Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer’s specifications.
Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
Maintain open communication with the Service Advisor to promptly inform customers if any extra services are required, including an estimated time frame for any necessary additional repairs.
