About The Position
Irwin Lincoln Mazda in Freehold, NJ is currently hiring Automotive Technicians of all experience levels including: A Technicians B Technicians C Technicians Lube Technicians Used Car Technicians Mobile Service Technicians. We are a busy, growing family owned dealership since 1960 looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a strong team environment.
Requirements
- Automotive experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Performing maintenance and repair work according to manufacturer standards
- Diagnosing driveability, electrical, and mechanical concerns
- Completing diagnostic testing and repair procedures efficiently and accurately
- Performing multi-point inspections on every vehicle
- Completing Video Multi Point Inspections for clients on every vehicle
- Communicating repair recommendations clearly through repair orders and video inspections
- Performing recall repairs and warranty repairs
- Maintaining productivity and efficiency goals
- Road testing vehicles when necessary
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Properly documenting repairs and technician notes
- Working closely with service advisors and management to ensure excellent client service
