Requirements

• A-Level Tech or strong B-Level Tech
• 5–10 years experience in a professional repair shop
• Real diagnostic capability
• Pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently
• Self-starter with energy and focus
• Demonstrate technical proficiency (in-person interview includes an ASE-style technical test)
