About The Position

The Onsite Automotive Technician is the top of our maintenance team with a focus on diagnostic and repair. This role will work to keep all equipment in running condition through our effective preventative maintenance program, as well as taking on the responsibility of handling complex repairs such as engine and transmission overhauls. This position is a master technician and assumes a leadership role with product knowledge and a standard of quality.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Trade School Preferred
At Least One ASE Certification Required
Safety Inspection License Required
At least three (3) years of vehicle maintenance experience
Must have tools to perform necessary repairs
Must have a Valid Driver’s License
Experience using shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines, and scan tools

Responsibilities

Keep all equipment in running condition through an effective preventative maintenance program.
Handle complex repairs such as engine and transmission overhauls.
Perform vehicle repairs without oversight.
Work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits

Hourly Rate is $26.50 + median incentive is approximately $449/month, varies based on job performance
Sign-on Bonus: $3,000 ($1,500 paid at 180 and 360 days of employment)
