About The Position

Audi West Chester is seeking a full-time Automotive Technician in West Chester, Pennsylvania. The role involves diagnosing and repairing vehicles, performing routine maintenance and inspections, and completing mechanical repairs in accordance with manufacturer procedures and safety standards. The technician is expected to maintain accurate repair orders and service documentation, deliver quality workmanship, and help ensure customer satisfaction. Compensation is $20.00–$35.00 per hour, based on skill and experience, with commission-based incentives.

Requirements

• Pennsylvania State inspection and Emission inspection licenses are required.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and customer service.
• At least 2–3 years of experience as an automotive technician; dealership experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and technology, including diagnostic software, electronic service information systems, and manufacturer-specific applications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
