While you will begin with basic services, you will also gain exposure to diagnostics and real repair work alongside experienced technicians. Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Strong automotive background
Ability to communicate effectively with others.
Basic computer skills.
Basic mathematical aptitude
Ability to understand and apply common sense.
Clean driving record
Willing to submit to a drug screen.

Nice To Haves

Basic mechanical knowledge or technical schooling preferred

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance services (oil changes, inspections, tire rotations)
Assist certified technicians with diagnostics and repair work
Learn troubleshooting and mechanical systems hands-on
Support workflow in a high-end service department
Build foundational skills toward flat-rate technician progression
