About The Position

Larson Hyundai is hiring an Entry-Level Automotive Technician to join our service team. If you enjoy working with your hands, want to learn a skilled trade, and are looking for a long-term career opportunity, this is a great place to start. No dealership experience required—we provide training.

Requirements

ASE certifications are a plus but not required
Must be able to work well with others within a team concept and environment.
Candidates must have excellent work ethics, communication skills and the ability to execute maintenance and repair processes that meet time expectations to be successful.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable to drive.
Must be willing to undergo a background check and illegal drug screening.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Interest in automotive repair or hands-on work
Dependable and team-oriented attitude
Basic mechanical knowledge is helpful but not required
Automotive students and recent grads encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance
Complete vehicle inspections and document findings
Assist experienced technicians with repairs and diagnostics
Learn shop processes, tools, and repair procedures
Support the service team in a fast-paced environment
Build skills that lead into advanced technician roles
