About The Position

We are looking for an A-Level or strong B-Level Automotive Technician who wants a place where they can run their bay like a microbusiness within a business with real support behind them. Requirements

A-Level Tech or strong B-Level Tech
5–10 years experience in a professional repair shop
Pride in workmanship
Self-starter with energy and focus
Can demonstrate technical proficiency (in-person interview includes an ASE-style technical test)

Responsibilities

Rack a car, inspect it, and clearly communicate findings and next steps.
Bring real diagnostic capability.
Work independently.
Demonstrate technical proficiency.
