About The Position

MedCare Pediatric is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver personalized, one-on-one care to children, empowering them to communicate, connect, and grow. The role focuses on understanding each child's unique needs and partnering with families to create individualized therapy plans. Clinicians are supported with the necessary tools, resources, and time to focus on creating lasting impacts. This position offers a low caseload of six (6) clients, allowing for quality care over productivity quotas, and fosters meaningful relationships with families, individualized treatment, and team mentorship, promoting work-life balance. The BCBA will collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, and Nursing professionals in an interdisciplinary environment to help children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities reach their full potential. Requirements

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Current Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB
• Strong clinical leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for providing family-centered, evidence-based ABA therapy

Nice To Haves

• Two (2) years of BCBA experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs)
• Mentor Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs
• Monitor client progress through data-driven decision-making and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Provide parent and caregiver education to promote success across environments
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Nursing, and other disciplines to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and organizational standards
