About The Position
AAA Central Penn is seeking a customer-focused Service Technician to join their Automotive team. In this role, you will be the hero who gets stranded drivers back on the road by assisting with issues like dead batteries, flat tires, lockouts, or vehicle breakdowns. The company emphasizes its trusted brand, competitive benefits, and team culture. No CDL is required. This position is considered Essential Duty Personnel and requires working as scheduled, including weekends and holidays, in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities
- Work out in the community, not at a desk.
- Turn stressful situations into positive experiences with a friendly, can-do attitude.
- Unlock vehicles, change flat tires, deliver fuel, and perform minor roadside repairs.
- Test, diagnose, and install batteries.
- Represent the AAA brand and create memorable member experiences.
- Share AAA products, services, and membership benefits.
- Work independently to solve real-world problems.
- Build trust with members through professionalism, empathy, and a genuine desire to help.
