About The Position

AAA Central Penn is seeking a customer-focused Service Technician to join their Automotive team. In this role, you will be the hero who gets stranded drivers back on the road by assisting with dead batteries, flat tires, lockouts, or vehicle breakdowns. This position offers the opportunity to help people, work independently, and have a new challenge every day. The role is considered Essential Duty Personnel and requires working as scheduled, including weekends and holidays, in various weather conditions. No CDL is required, and training is provided for those without prior automotive experience.

Responsibilities

• Turn stressful situations into positive experiences with a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Unlock vehicles, change flat tires, deliver fuel, and perform minor roadside repairs.
• Test, diagnose, and install batteries.
