Requirements

A or B Level Technician experience required
Strong diagnostic and repair skills
Solid product knowledge
Ability to perform essential job duties with or without accommodation
A positive, customer-first mindset

Nice To Haves

Manufacturer training preferred

Responsibilities

Perform work outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
Conduct oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and NY state inspections
Complete software updates and key programming
Collaborate with the parts department to secure required parts
Inspect vehicles for additional repair and safety needs
Document all work performed accurately on repair orders
Maintain clean workspaces and customer vehicles
Train and mentor apprentice technicians
Stay current with manufacturer bulletins and training requirements
