About The Position

At LEGOLAND Discovery Center, you’ll be the one keeping rides running, attractions working, and the entire experience coming to life for guests. From troubleshooting equipment to supporting interactive displays, your work is what keeps the magic going. This is a hands-on, fast-paced technician role — not a desk job.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of maintenance or technical experience
• Basic knowledge of Electrical systems
• Basic knowledge of Mechanical equipment
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Able to troubleshoot and think on your feet
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• A team player with a “jump in and fix it” mindset

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or general facilities
• Experience in attractions, entertainment, or similar environments

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and repairs across rides, attractions, and facility systems
• Troubleshoot issues in real-time (mechanical, electrical, AV, and more)
• Support preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and keep everything running smoothly
• Work with tools, equipment, and systems across multiple areas — no two days are the same
• Assist with installs, repairs, painting, and general upkeep
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times
• Partner with your team to solve problems quickly and efficiently
