About The Position

All American Chevrolet of Middletown is hiring an experienced automotive technician/mechanic. The dealership is family-owned and describes its facilities as clean, modern, and well-equipped, with year-round business and a consistent workload. GM certification is sought, but candidates who are not yet GM certified may receive help converting their training. The role offers a five-day work week and is closed Sundays. Compensation may include experience-based pay plans and bonuses, with potential signing and retention bonuses for qualified candidates; bonus eligibility depends on certifications and tenure and is subject to terms.

Requirements

• Prior automotive repair experience.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Full set of tools.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Professional attitude and appearance.

Nice To Haves

• GM certification; candidates who are not GM certified may be helped with converting their training.
• ASE certifications are preferred.
