Requirements
- Red Seal Certification in Automotive Service; or a level 3 apprentice
- Strong diagnostic skills with modern vehicle technology
- Experience working efficiently in a flat-rate environment
- A detail-oriented mindset and pride in craftsmanship
- A team-first attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Acura vehicles
- Work with sophisticated mechanical, electrical, and drivetrain systems
- Ensure all repairs meet Acura and Steele Auto Group quality standards
- Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate with the service team
- Keep a clean, safe, and professional shop environment
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance service department
