Automotive Technician - Holman
About The Position
Holman is seeking experienced Automotive Technicians to join their team in North Carolina. New eligible technician employees will receive a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 based on skill level. Holman is a family-owned, global automotive services organization with a history of driving what's right. They focus on delivering the Holman Experience through positive, rewarding relationships with customers and employees. The company serves various automotive markets including fleet management, vehicle fabrication, component manufacturing, powertrain distribution, insurance, and retail automotive sales.
Requirements
- Completion of an automotive technical program (NTI or similar school) strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license; must meet company driving eligibility standards
- Ability and willingness to successfully complete a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) review in accordance with company policy and applicable laws
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of experience in lube maintenance preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- All routine maintenance for all makes and models including fluid flushes
- Mount and balancing of all types of tires
- All suspension repairs and/or alignments
- Brake pads/shoe replacement and rotor machining
