About The Position

Holman is seeking experienced Automotive Technicians to join their team in North Carolina. New eligible technician employees will receive a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 based on skill level. Requirements

• 1 year of experience in lube maintenance preferred, but not required
• Completion of an automotive technical program (NTI or similar school) strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license; must meet company driving eligibility standards
• Ability and willingness to successfully complete a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) review in accordance with company policy and applicable laws
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• All routine maintenance for all makes and models including fluid flushes
• Mount and balancing of all types of tires
• All suspension repairs and/or alignments
• Brake pads/shoe replacement and rotor machining
