Holman is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team at their corporate headquarters in Mount Laurel, NJ. This role involves partnering with leaders and employees to drive an exceptional experience, The Holman Way. The HR Generalist will serve as a partner and consultant on employee relations matters, collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) to facilitate business requests (e.g., job profiles, compensation analysis, benefits and leaves information, Workday support, recruiting inquiries), and provide guidance on performance and disciplinary processes. The role also includes assisting with employee investigations, analyzing exit interview data, acting as a point of contact for company projects, supporting workforce planning, advising on leaves of absence and accommodation requests, and maintaining policies and the employee handbook. Travel is required approximately once per quarter.
