This is an opportunity to earn $118K–$123K in a high-volume Cadillac dealership with consistent workflow, strong car count, and the tools needed to maximize productivity. We are looking for talented individuals who are reliable, production-focused, and possess strong diagnostic and repair abilities.

Requirements

• 1 year of automotive experience.
• ASE certifications are ideal.
• Strong automotive background.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
• Must have a clean & valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Journeyman-level technician experience preferred.
• Proven ability to flag hours consistently.
• Experience in flat-rate or high-volume shop preferred.
• Reliable, production-focused work style.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on Cadillac vehicles using manufacturer procedures, advanced diagnostic equipment, and industry-leading technology.
• Handle drivability, engine, transmission, suspension, and A/C repairs.
• Maintain consistent flagged hours in a production environment.
• Complete warranty and customer-pay work accurately.
• Work efficiently while maintaining repair quality.
