Experienced Auto Body Technician (Flat Rate, High Volume Shop)
About The Position
Don Johnson’s Cumberland Motors Collision Center is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician for a full-time position. This role offers steady, high-volume repair work with strong support from estimators and parts teams, and leadership that focuses on removing roadblocks for technicians. The position emphasizes producing safe, high-quality repairs and offers a Monday through Friday schedule, ensuring technicians have their weekends back. Requirements
- 2+ years collision repair experience
- Strong body repair and refinishing skills
- Experience with welding and frame work preferred
- I-CAR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license
- Takes pride in their work and shows up ready to contribute to a strong team.

Responsibilities
- Complete structural and non-structural collision repairs
- Follow OEM procedures and documented repair plans
- Repair and replace panels, frames, and related components
- Perform welding, metalwork, panel alignment, sanding, and surface preparation
- Work closely with estimators and the parts team
- Document repairs thoroughly with notes and photos
- Complete quality-control checks before vehicles leave your care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
