About The Position
Balise is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician for its Nissan West Springfield dealership, with a focus on production and customer satisfaction. The technician performs warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards. The role calls for consistently high-quality work, strong personal work habits, and completing each job correctly and on time. Technicians are expected to maintain a clean, safe work area and properly dispose of waste. Compensation is progressive and based on production, experience, and skillset, and is paid weekly. The position offers factory training and certification, provided uniforms and built-in toolboxes, and opportunities for career advancement.
Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving goals as an experienced technician.
- Automotive education or equivalent work experience.
- Current valid driver’s license and an acceptable insurability rating.
- Professional work ethic and ability to exercise good judgment.

- Brand-specific certifications and/or ASE certifications.
