Nice To Haves
- Automotive training or technical school experience is a plus
- Hyundai experience is a plus, but not required
- ASE certifications are a plus
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance and recommended services
- Inspect vehicles and identify mechanical and electrical concerns
- Perform brake, suspension, steering, and other repair work
- Diagnose drivability and performance issues
- Use diagnostic equipment and repair information to troubleshoot problems
- Complete repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Communicate vehicle concerns and repair needs with service advisors
- Document work performed accurately
- Work as part of a team to keep the shop moving
- Stay current with automotive technology, tools, and repair procedures
