Requirements
- Must have own tools
- 2+ years of experience
- Valid driver’s license with a 3-year clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow
- Ability to work efficiently and independently while maintaining high safety and quality standards
Nice To Haves
- Master Technician or advanced certifications are a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair work with efficiency and accuracy per dealership and factory standards
- Diagnose and repair vehicle system malfunctions
- Communicate with the parts department and service advisors
- Inspect vehicles for additional service or safety needs
- Document all work performed and recommended services
- Road test vehicles as required
- Stay current with manufacturer training and technical bulletins
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Mentor apprentice technicians as needed
