About The Position
AAA Club Alliance is hosting an in-person Car Care hiring event to discuss current and upcoming career opportunities across Columbus-area AAA Car Care Plus locations. The event is intended for automotive professionals at a range of experience levels, as well as candidates interested in automotive customer service and leadership. Attendees can meet with Car Care leaders, learn about openings and locations, discuss their backgrounds and career interests, and participate in an initial onsite interview for positions that align with their experience. Potential opportunities include Automotive General Service Technician, Automotive Repair Technician C, B, or A, Automotive Service Advisor, Assistant Manager, and Automotive Repair Assistant Manager or Store Manager. Depending on the position, technician work can include tires and routine maintenance; brakes, steering and suspension; electrical diagnosis; HVAC; engine performance; advanced diagnostics; and complex automotive repair. Leadership roles focus on developing teams, delivering an exceptional customer experience, managing shop operations, and driving business performance. The event is Tuesday, November 3, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, at AAA Corporate Offices, 90 E Wilson Bridge Road, Worthington, OH 43085. Applying in advance is encouraged. Responsibilities
- Perform automotive work ranging from tires and routine maintenance to brakes, steering and suspension, electrical diagnosis, HVAC, engine performance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs, depending on the position.
- Help customers understand their vehicle needs and partner with technicians and shop leadership.
- For leadership roles, develop teams, deliver an exceptional customer experience, manage shop operations, and drive business performance.
- Meet with Car Care leaders to discuss automotive experience, career interests, preferred work location, and suitable current or upcoming opportunities.
